About Us
In the year 2000 our president, Sean Alfonso, founded Dreams Do Come True as a national non-profit organization for children.  Since his childhood, Sean dreamed about creating a non-profit organization, where he could help to change the lives of America's children hands on through a special charity for these children.  This last year Sean's dream came true.  After years of making a difference coaching youth baseball and working with underprivileged inner city children, Sean found a new way to impact the lives of children in such a greater capacity.  He made a great stride by showing charity for children through the power of granting dreams for kids.

Sean and his staff at Dreams Do Come True have a unique ability, which allows them to change the lives of children emotionally and financially in ways that would never be attainable for them on their own.  That is how they really do make dreams come true.  Without Sean's vision and his unique children's non-profit organization, the dreams of these children would remain just that: dreams.  It is the proud mission of Dreams Do Come True to help enhance the lives of America's children regardless of their race, gender or financial status.

In May of this last year Sean got the unique opportunity with the power of Dreams Do Come True to grant his first wish for a child.  A young (blank grader), Ryan was given the opportunity to join his Spanish class in a trip to Spain.  Never possible without the help of Dreams, Ryan got a chance to experience a whole new world in Spain.  He felt the comradery of his classmates, and will be able to carry his experiences and adventures abroad with him for the rest of his life.  Ryan can say that his life is little bit better, is a little more fulfilled and that he appreciates Spanish and American culture much more as a result of his dream being granted.
