Please include the following information in your request:

• Your Dream

• How having this dream come true will enhance your life

• When you need your dream granted (must be at least 90 days in advance)

You will be sent information and self-addressed envelopes regarding the additional information you will need to provide. You must supply four recommendations. These may come from a coach, teacher, counselor, principal, or community leader. They need to complete the recommendation forms and return them directly to Dreams Do Come True, in the envelopes provided. We cannot start the next step until all recommendations are in. Your request will be reviewed and if your dream is granted you will work with a staff member to identify volunteer opportunities. One hour of community volunteer work must be completed for each one hundred dollars given by Dreams Do Come True. Your volunteer work must be completed prior to having your dream fulfilled.

Dreams Do Come True will provide you with disposable cameras for you to document your dream. The cameras need to be returned to Dreams Do Come True . We will develop the pictures and send you a copy of all pictures (all pictures taken are property of Dreams Do Come True and can be used for promotion). You will also be required to write a letter telling us about your dream experience and how it enhance your life. One year later you are also required to write a letter telling us how your life has changed due to your dream coming true.
